Welcome to the Smuggs Ice Bash, Vermont’s premier Ice Climbing festival! Three days of community building, clinics, and fun in Smugglers Notch, Vermont. With clinics put on by expert guides every day, exciting guest presenters, and even a drytool competition, there’s something for everyone. Join us to bring your ice climbing skills to the next level, dial-in rescue techniques, climb a classic route, or just to see what ice climbing is all about!
The Smuggs Ice Bash is managed by Petra Cliffs Climbing Center and Mountaineering School. At the heart of the Burlington, Northern Vermont, and Lake Champlain region climbing community since 2000.
